Flavia Monti
I'm a PhD student in Engineering in Computer Science at the Department of Computer, Control and Management Engineering Antonio Ruberti at Sapienza University of Rome.
I got the bachelor's degree in Computer and System Engineering in 2018 at Sapienza University of Rome, where I also got the master's degree in Engineering in Computer Science in 2021.
My research interests mainly concern Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0. Particularly the augmentation of industrial machinery through the application of innovative technologies such as digital twin, computer vision and artificial intelligence. The goal of my research is to improve production quality, reduce costs, increase machinery uptime, analyze failures and defects towards zero defect manufacturing.
